While many overseas collectible companies come to San Diego Comic-Con in a section belonging to a bigger company, not so any longer for Beast Kingdom. Riding high on the popularity of their Egg Attack style figures (and their licenses like Star Wars and Marvel), the Kingdom now has its own sizeable property on the SDCC exhibit hall floor where they can show off current and upcoming toys. This year’s crop included all sorts of fun and stylized figures and collectibles including Disney (Toy Story, Winnie the Pooh, Liloh and Stitch, Zootopia, Big Hero 6, and Tsum Tsums), lots of Egg Attack Star Wars and Marvel Cinematic Universe figures and vehicles. Particular highlights included Hulk from Thor: Ragnarok, a new floating X-Wing, Spider-Man from Spider-Man: Homecoming, and (at least for us) the first reveal of a Star Wars Episode VIII Stormtrooper!
