Several  folks have asked:

Do I need to re-order the items I have on Pre-Order?

Short answer:  NO! Here’s why: Both our old site and this new one track all your order data in a separate central order system in our office. And it’s no trouble if you’d like to reconfirm your pre-order list with us. Email us at CustomerService@cotswoldinc.com

Do I need to sign up again for the catalog or e-news?

No on this one too. And pretty much for the same reason.  The website is just one aspect of the data system we use to track your orders and subscriptions.

Why do I have to make a new account on the website?

Our previous website was nearly 20 years old! So it had a lot of obsolete customer data. And since everyone was going to have to make a new password (security protocols prevent any importing of passwords), we figured it was best to also be sure we have your most up-to-date info.

And we’re eager to hear your feedback or ideas about changes you might like to see.

Also, we just got word from Executive Replicas that the following sets have been cancelled for production due to low pre-sales: Adam West, Eartha Kitt, and Julie Newmar.
