You know the name Comicave Studios from the company’s highly detailed, die-cast component Iron Man 1/12 scale collectible figures that we’ve reviewed on this site. Well, for SDCC 2016 Comicave brought a bunch of those and so much more! Announced recently, the company produced the 75th anniversary commemorative Captain America statue standing 13 feet tall (see the news about that HERE). Well, that made its debut at Comic-Con and there are even small scale versions that fans can collect: a $400 1/12 version plus a highly limited $3500 premium scale Cap.
Of course, Comicave Studios didn’t forget their bread and butter, and so a display case at their booth held the SDCC 2016 exclusive Mark XLII with Sofa as well as a plethora of other colorful armors in different styles.
