As sneak peeked earlier this week, Diamond Select Toys will be releasing an Iron Man 2 Marvel Select action figure next year (Diamond Item Code: NOV091231, MSRP: $19.99). Based on one of the armor designs to be seen in next year's Iron Man 2 movie, the upgraded Iron Man features a flip-up face shield, multiple points of articulation and a bonus deluxe Armor Assembly Station base.

Pictured above is the figure as it will appear on the cover of the December issue of Diamond PREVIEWS. Inside this issue of PREVIEWS collectors will also find the companion Iron Man 2: Marvel Select War Machine Action Figure based on the armor James "Rhodey" Rhodes (Don Cheedle) will don in the new film.
