It is called the GI Joe Roll Call and it is one massive list of every Joe comic ever released in English. Starting with the Ziff Davis, the Adventure Team, A Real American Hero, Hasbro, Independent, IDW and including Marvel UK, Battle, Battle Action Force and more. (It definitely includes all variant covers)

The list is intended to help the Joe collectors who keep what is in their collection straight and for those collectors who keep it in their head be able to put it in a digital form or print it out and keep in their records for insurance purposes.
