SDCC14: NECA Announces Blizzard's "Heroes of the Storm"

Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft To Receive Figures...

Big news from NECA out of San Diego Comic-Con was the announcement of Heroes of the Storm, an upcoming multiplayer online battle arena video game developed by Blizzard. While only a banner was shown (pictured above), NECA explained that the license allows them the rights to produce 6-7" scaled action figures from Blizzard's roster of hit video games, including Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft. While it was too soon to announce specific characters that would make up the line, the reveal poster points at several likely candidates. These include Illidan Stormrage (Warcraft 3/World of Warcraft), Stitches (Heroes of the Storm), Nova (Starcraft), Tyrael (Diablo III), and Arthas Menethil aka The Lich King (Warcraft 3/World of Warcraft).

Thumbs up Re: SDCC14: NECA Announces Blizzard's "Heroes of the Storm"

    Wa-hooo!!!!

This is definitely the best news of SDCC 2014 for me!!!

    YES! Can't wait!

But I hope they won't just be re-doing all the characters that we already have some form of figure of. I'm most looking forward to all the characters (or alternate forms or designs of characters) that have never been seen in plastic before!
