Building takes a whacky turn with LEGO Mixels, a new franchise co-developed with Cartoon Network for 2014. Mixels combine using their “magic mixer,” which can create any shape or form imaginable. When combined, the Mixels are often able to defeat the pesky, colorless Nixels. But sometimes a mix doesn’t work, and the results are hilarious. Mixels is a mini LEGO character building experience that showcases the versatility of endless building opportunities, inspiring creativity, imagination and hours of fun along the way. Building block enthusiasts can look forward to 27 fun, whacky, collectible build-and-play characters this year starting this spring and expanding well into the summer and fall.
Mixels will be priced at $4.99 USD, $5.99 CAD each and include:
- March: Flain, Vulk, Zorch, Krader, Seismo, Shuff, Teslo, Zaptor and Volectro
- June: Slumbo, Lunk, Flurr, Chomly, Gobba, Jawg, Kraw, Tentro and Balk
- September: Glomp, Glurt, Torts, Footi, Scorpi, Hoogi, Mesmo, Magnifo and Wizwuz
