Gentle Giant Continues To Explore Hoth...

Gentle Giant continues to reproduce characters from The Empire Strikes Back's classic "Battle of Hoth" scene with the Imperial Snowtrooper (Hoth Battle Gear), one of my favorite 3 3/4" action figures growing up as kid. Following the release of Han Solo (Hoth Gear) in the first quarter of next year (see our story HERE), the Snowtrooper ships in Q2 2014 priced at $85. This faithful 12-inch recreation of the Kenner original comes complete with giant blaster rifle and vinyl skirt.

With a commitment to keep in line with the vintage Kenner experience, Gentle Giant has packaged this figure with an Empire Strikes Back-inspired backer card featuring original photos and artwork. Designed with the collector in mind, the figure comes in a resealable plastic outer clam shell to help protect and display this limited edition figure.
