Ashley Wood's Take On Superheroes...

ThreeA Toys, best known for their in-house Ashley Wood-designed action figures from World War Robot and Popbot, announce that they will soon be taking on Marvel.

The 1:6th scale line will consist of classic Marvel characters re-imagined by artist Ashley Wood in the ThreeA style. Releases will start in 2013. Ashley Wood commented that "To get the chance to play with Marvel Comics awesome characters is kinda mind blowing".

This is great news for Marvel fans looking for something a little bit different in their superheroes, Ashley's austhetic very raw and gritty. The only downside I see with this deal is the potentially long wait between figures. While ThreeA is a small company and their work top notch, production is a little slower than others in the industry.
