TF13: NECA Brings Out The BIOSHOCK INFINITE Big Guns

NECA's first wave of Bioshock Infinite action figures - Elizabeth and The Boys of Silence - look great, but they don't exactly bowl me over. It's nothing against NECA, it's just hard for me to invest in characters from a game that hasn't even been released yet (it comes out March 26). My tune is starting to change, however, as NECA's Bioshock Infinite Toy Fair reveal dropped my jaw.

Presenting the Motorized Patriot, a new "Heavy Hitter" class of bad guys in the game and a new deluxe action figure coming this summer. Creepy robotic George Washington aside, its the very cool (and large) gatling gun he packs that puts this fig on my must-have list. Like faceless space soldiers (Boba Fett, etc), I have a thing or two for figures firing massive mini guns (MGS' Vulcan Raven instantly comes to mind). Like NECA's Bioshock Big Daddy, the Motorized Patriot will carry a slightly higher price point due to its size. Note that the figure on display was a prototype and not the final product. NECA informed us that the finished figure will include two American flags mounted on his back.
