Will Smith's Son Gets A Figure...
NECA revealed at Toy Fair that they have the license for After Earth, a new sci-fi film starring Will Smith, his son Jaden Smith and directed by M. Night Shyamalan. Yeah, M. Night "The Happening" Shyamalan, but also the fine director who delivered The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable. It can go eaither way, but the trailer below looks promising.
NECA will be releasing an action figure of Jaden Smith's character Kitai Raige, along with prop relicas including a jacket and retractable cutlass - the bladed weapon the Raige figure is clutching in the photo at top. Look for the figure to drop this June to coincide with After Earth's theatrical release June 7th.
