NECA To Do Quarter Scale DC Figures

Batman Classic TV Series First Confirmed Property...

A recent Warner Brothers licensing press release reveals that NECA will be producing an 18-inch action figure from the Batman Classic TV Series, most likely Adam West as the Caped Crusader. This was enthusiastically confirmed on NECA's twitter, Randy Falk stating "1/4 Scale Marvel & now 1/4 scale DC. Does it get any better? Toy dreams coming true".

NECA would not elaborate on whether their quarter scale license extends beyond the Batman Classic TV Series, saying that full details will be revealed at Toy Fair. However, a fan did ask if a recent photo of a Superman figure was a NECA quarter scale figure (THIS IMAGE - it's Mattel). NECA replied "nope ours has more articulation, more detail, better likeness, you'll see at #ToyFair2013," the slip pretty much confirming that a Quarter Scale Superman is planned from the Man of Steel movie.
