Custom Vehicle Project From Joe Amaro and Rudy Obrero...

Fan-favorite figure customizer Joe Amaro and fantasy illustrater Rudy Obrero have teamed up to turn their vehicle project - the MANTA RAIDER - into reality. Scaled to fit 7-inch scale action figures, such as Mattel's Masters of the Universe Classics*, the Manta Raider will be a limited edition hand-made piece of art to be offered at this year's Power Con, September 22-23 (thepower-con.com). The Manta Raider will be priced at $50.00 and will be limited to one per person.

* NOTE: The Manta Raider is not associated with Masters of the Universe or Mattel.

Plans are currently in development to have fans pre-order the Manta Raider for pick-up at Power Con. Pre-orders are expected to be announced mid-September when the Manta Raiders are completed and ready. For those that can not attend Power Con, another run of Manta Raiders is planned for after the show. Pictured above is new art by Rudy Obrero which will be used on the Manta Raider's packaging. Rudy will be available at Power Con to sign all pre-ordered Manta Raiders.
