We've provided the information to you in bits and pieces throughout Comic-Con, but here it is in one convenient wrap-up: Mattel's 2012 Mattypalooza!

    JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED

The Comic-Con panel kicked things off with Justice League Unlimited, the series that is ending soon... but going out with a bang. The final MattyCollector 3-packs start this August with Aquagirl, Future Static and Micron and conclude in December with the release of Toyman, Firefly and Doctor Destiny.

    YOUNG JUSTICE

Final 6-inch 2-pack will include Superboy and Miss Martian. Pre-sale will run from August 1 -15th and the set - figures only, no bases - will retail for $50.

    THE DARK KNIGHT RISES

Look for a cool 8-inch Stealth Fusion Batman action figure this August. Priced at $25, the figure will include batarangs and a stand.

    CLUB INFINITE EARTHS

Things kick off this month with Starman and Rocket Red (offered yesterday) and continue on with:

    - Mirror Master (w/ interchangeable mirror guns)
    - Black Mask
    - Poison Ivy (w/ removable vines)

The next oversized figure will be Elastigirl, followed by Constantine and Uncle Sam (w/ Dollman) in November, and some new Metal Men in December: Platinum with Tin, as well as Lead.

The Club Infinite Earths 2013 subscription will consist of 12 monthly figures and one oversized. These will cost $16 each or $20 day of purchase. Look for:

    - Saint Walker (January)
    - Phantom Stranger (February)
    - Elongated Man (March)
    - Orange Lantern Larfleeze (April)
    - Wally West - Flash 3 (May)

The oversized figure, due out in April, will be Monseiur Mallah with the Brain.

    WATCHMEN

Fans will finally see their very first comic-based Watchmen action figures. These will release as a subscription in 2013 and will consist of six (6) figures only, one releasing every other month. January will kick things off with Rorschach, with Dr. Manhattan following in March. Mattel wouldn't reveal the rest, but said the figures would be of the core Watchmen superheroes, no Minutemen. In other words, fans can expect Nite Owl, Comedian, Silk Spectre and Ozymandias.

    WWE LEGENDS

Rather brief on this license. Look for Tully Blanchard this September.

    VOLTRON

The future isn't looking too bright for our transforming hero. The only news was that the Blue Lion will release in August, concluding with the Black Lion in October. Will we ever see a Ro-Beast action figure?

    GHOSTBUSTERS

The wheels are slowing down on this license as well, with only a handful of new releases announced. These include Courtroom Ray with Tony (last ghost from the film) and a new prop replica: Ecto Goggles. These will feature a Slimer animation in the lenses. The faster the dial is turned, the quicker the animation. Coolest of all, the goggles will sync with the previously released PKE Meter replica.

    BACK TO THE FUTURE II

Fans have the Hoverboard replica shipping in November priced at $130.

    MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE CLASSICS

This year marks the 30th Anniversary of the Masters of the Universe toy line and Mattel has pulled out all stops to celebrate this momentous ocassion. The remainder of this year's Club Eternia product line was finally unveiled during their Mattypalooza panel at the San Diego Comic-Con and the announcements will have MOTU fans jumping for joy. But that's not all, the design a character contest winner Castle Grayskullman created by Daniel Benedict. Inspired by Castle Grayskull itself, this clever concept offers collectors with a rare chance to own a character that embodies the look and texture of the most iconic setting in the Master of the Universe world.

Here's the remaining 2012 figures collectors can look forward to:

    - Mek-A-Neck (September)
    - Dragon Blaster Skeletor (September)
    - Snake Men 2-Pack (September)
    - Frosta (w/ shield and staff - October)
    - Rattlor (w/ rattle tail - October)
    - Sticker Sheet (real stickers, not a figure! - October))
    - Cy-Chop by Terry Higuchi (October)
    - "Great Unrest" Weapon Pak (October)
    - Dekker (Man-At-Arms' trainer - November)
    - Eternos Palace King Randor ( Filmation - November)
    - Granamyr (oversized figure $80 - December)
    - Mosquitor (December)
    - Procrustus (December)
    - Temple of Darkness Sorceress (December)

The MOTUC 2013 subscription will be broken down into four quarterly items: one $25 item, one $35 item, one $50 item and one $75. These can include figures, beasts, multi-packs. The subscription figure will be King He-Man with Subternia Map and DC mini comic ("Secret Origin of Skeletor" - 12 pages). Figures in 2013 will cost $25 each or $27 day of purchase. These include:

    - Netossa (January)
    - Ram Man (February - first oversized $30 figure, includes two heads, ax and articulated legs!)
    - Jitsu (February)
    - Fang Man (Filmation - March)

In the second quarter of 2013 fans can look forward to a Fighting Foe Men 3-Pack. The figures - Dittstoryer, Shield Maiden Sherrlyn, and Dawg-O-Tor - are all pilots of the vintage mini vehicles and share elements of the vehicle's designs in their weapons and armor. Each figure will also feature a chest piece that can be swapped to transform them into Horde members.

Aside from all the amazing figures scheduled to release within the 2013 subscription, there will also be a traveling convention exclusive Strobo with bonus unmasked Zodak head. Club Eternia subscribers will also be able to vote for next year's November monthly figure. The list of characters for the fan's choice vote is: Crash Landing Captain Glenn, Cloak and Dagger Evil Lyn, Geldor, Trap Jaw (mini comic), Illumina, Songster, Camo Khan, Mask of Power Demon.

    Re: SDCC12: Mattypalooza Wrap-Up

Ooh that King Heman and Granamyr look great!

Wait, so they CAN do Filmation characters now?

Well my most wanted character (besides Scorpia of course) would be Horde Commander Octavia from the She-ra episodes "Treasure of the First Ones" and "She-ra Makes a Promise". They should make her with bendy tentacles!

Also still want some big, mean lookin' Horde Troopers to menace She-ra & Bow. I'd buy a small army of those!

And how about some thrones for Skeletor and Hordak?

Yes, mattel announced that they got the Filmation rights last Comic-Con which is how they were able to offer Shadow Weaver as the subscription exclusive this year. Those are all good suggestion and I am sure that Mattel will eventually release them all in due time.
