Re: New Action Figures and Statues for April 2012

I have mixed feelings on these.

I think these Justice League figs look great and I'm glad we're getting them.

But at the same time I wonder just how many different versions of the same characters we really need, over and over.

All I know is that when they've made some unusual character they haven't done before like Ocean Master or Toyman, those are the figs that really fly off the pegs at my local comic shop and are gone in about a day and then become danged expensive to track down on ebay.

Don't get me wrong -- I like these Justice League: Heroes and Foes figs a lot and will be buying some. But at the same time I wish they'd do more obscure characters (especially villains!), second-stringers and characters that haven't appeared in fig form before.

Between Mattel and DCD I feel like I'm getting kind of a Batman/Superman/Wonderwoman/Aquaman/Green Lantern overload these days. (kind of like I experienced with Wolverine and Spiderman with Marvel figs)

Guess I'm just greedy and want it all!
