Icon Heroes announces that they will be debuting the first character in their new ThunderCats PVC Staction Figure line at San Diego Comic-Con: Mumm-Ra the Ever Living. Mumm-Ra will first be sold at the Action Figure Xpress booth (#3345) and then after the show at specialty shops and online retailers.
