HeroClix is bigger than ever, riding a huge wave of popularity after the recent release of the DC 75th Anniversary expansion set (see our review HERE). It’s still full steam ahead with a busy year of expansion sets and focused releases. Here’s the latest breakdown of what you can expect to see in the coming months.

Giant-Size X-Men: (pictured top) The mutants take over next month in this highly-anticipated expansion for the Marvel Universe. This unique set introduces the super booster, a larger pack with a series of colossal figures! Previews on heroclix.com have revealed numerous figures including Magneto, Madrox, Omega Prime Sentinel, Beast, Reverend Stryker and his Purifiers, Siryn, Harry Leland and his Hellfire Club Guard, Lockheed, the Captain, Monica Rambeau, Tabitha Smith, and one of the colossal Sentinels (Mark II)!

Green Lantern Movie Figures: (bottom) Coming in May and coinciding with the film release will be a variety of Green Lanterns in two different types: a 6-pack of figures that includes a map and dice and a unique micro set of single blind boosters available in bigger stores. Early images have shown great new figures of Hal Jordan, Sinestro, Kilowog, and many more!

Captain America HeroClix: First teased at Toy Fair, this limited set will celebrate this summer’s Captain America: The First Avenger with a range of heroes, villains, and army builders. The figures will hit stores on June 15th.

Superman: While we don’t have many details yet, WizKids has just announced that September will see a Superman-themed DC HeroClix set!

Stay tuned for more HeroClix news.
