ZICA Toys is entering the nostalgic, retro-figure market with a series of articulated 1/9th scale action figures based on the '70s television movie and series, Buck Rogers In The 25th Century. Characters planned for the first 8" assortment are Buck Rogers, Hawk, Killer Kane, Tigerman and Draconian Guard. Pictured above is a first look at the Tigerman action figure prototype sporting realistic headsculpt and elaborate costume.

ZICA Toys, along with Go Hero, Executive Replicas, and Reel Art Studios/Joy & Tom Studios will be displaying together at the upcoming New York Comic-Con at booths #2880 and #2882. Tigerman will be on display along with other horror, sci-fi pulp and pop collectible surprises.

    Lookin' good!

It's high time somebody tackled this license.

I can't wait for wave II with Twiki, the Princess and even a Space Vampire

Time to turn on that ol' Star Wars disco album by Meco and get in the mood for this line!

Wow! Cool! 8" would put it right in the size range of the Sideshow Universal Studios Monsters line. Very, nice.
