Mezco's take on 1920's hoodlums fit perfectly with their stylized approach to action figures at the time. Gangsters Inc. not only looked great, but their massive roto-vinyl size made for an imposing display. These were cool collectibles that proved that you didn't need the hottest license of the day to make a successful toy line.
