Online retailer BigBadToyStore.com has opened pre-orders for a new series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vinyl minifigures from The Loyal Subjects. Like their GI Joe, Transformers and Toy Fair announced Power Rangers, the TMNT minifigures are being sold blind-boxed with 11 different characters to collect. Each 3" tall figure will include themed accessories and articulation at the head, shoulders, hands, legs, and ankles. These are slated for release this September priced at $12.99 each.
