Taking Japanese mecha action figures to new heights this year was Bandai's Robot Spirits. Thanks to broader U.S. distribution via Bluefin, the 6-inch series captivated American collectors with hyper-articulated, incredibly sculpted and fully accessorized robots from explosive animes such as Gundam, Code Geass and Neon Genesis Evangelion.
