Looking for the name of a figure.

So about a year ago I saw a figure at a comic-con and it looked absolutely amazing. I started to buy it but I regret to say I had already had spent my budget at the con. However I did take a picture of it, and was hoping the good people of this board could help me identify this mystery figure so I may search for it/buy it online.
