Japanese METAL GEAR RISING REVENGEANCE fans now have more to look forward to then just an awesome looking new game. Releasing February 21, 2013 in Japan for the PS3 only, the METAL GEAR RISING REVENGEANCE PREMIUM PACKAGE is the game bundle that keeps on giving. Priced at 12,980 yen (163.126 USD), this special edition package includes a copy of the game, custom "Cyborg Ninja" skin download code, official soundtrack (w/ steel book case), Yoji Shinkawa Art Book, a three-armed villain figure with magnetic split in half action (pictured below), AND, best of all, a variant RAIDEN Play Arts Kai from Square Enix. Where the normal release of this figure will depict the warriror in black armor, this variant figure will feature Raiden in white armor!
And what will those in the U.S. receive? The Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Limited Edition ($149.00) will include a copy of the game, official soundtrack (w/ steel book case), and an exclusive high-frequency katana blade plasma lamp (photo not available yet). It better be a VERY cool lamp...
