Mattel's Watchmen Packaging
Who Watches The Watchmen?...
Mattel shares with fans the art master for their Watchmen figure packaging. Once the 6-figure series is complete at the end of the year, line them all up - the graffiti logo will appear on the spine and the Doomsday clocks will count down on the front.
Watchmen Club Black Freighter offers subscribers six (6) comic style Watchmen figures, one releasing every other month. January kicked things off with Rorschach, with Dr. Manhattan following this month. Mattel won't reveal the rest yet, but has said the figures will be of the core Watchmen superheroes, no Minutemen. In other words, fans can expect Nite Owl, Comedian, Silk Spectre and Ozymandias to round out the assortment.
