Toy Vault announced today that it has signed a licensing agreement with The Sharpe Company to create high quality plush and plush accessories based on the Rubik's Cube, the world famous brain puzzle.
In addition to standard plush, plush accessories such as slippers, danglers, and plush handbags will also be made available. The line will ship to retail for winter 2010.
This year is the 30th anniversary for Rubik's Cube, one of the most internationally recognized design icons of the 20th century and the number one best selling game ever. Since its introduction in 1980, the distinctive puzzle cube with its bright primary colors, has sold over 350 million units worldwide.
