The biggest convention exclusive this year wasn’t Jar Jar Binks in Carbonite. It was Toynami’s con exclusive Street Fighter Hello Kitty cosplaying as everyone’s favorite, Chun-Li. Even at $40, the perfect marriage of girl power and girly girl plush was too much for even Toynami as the kitty sold out for the entire week on Day One.
Action figure enthusiasts should rest assured that Futurama was still displayed but there was nothing much new going on in this line’s future… yet. There’s still product being produced such as larger scale figures, hats, plush, and those teeny tiny cute figurines.
Click on through to our gallery to see more from Toynami’s many lines from Bleach, Robotech, Naruto, DC Universe Skelanimals, Canmans, Unkl Spongebobs and of course, Hello Kitty.
