With the release of The Dark Knight Rises this summer, Bat-mania is back in full swing. Hot Toys is taking advantage of the Caped Crusaders renewed popularity by relaunching their 1:6th scale Batmobile from The Dark Knight movie (and to be seen again in the new film).

Slated for release in the second quarter 2012, the 1:6th scale Batmobile features:

- Authentically detailed 1/6th scale model car
- Perfect scale to Hot Toys 1/6th scale Batman (the original costume) Collectible Figure
- Headlights light-up function
- Cockpit/ roof opening panel
- Slides up and down which allow the access of 1/6th scale Batman
- Movable breaking flaps

Why pay ridiculous ebay prices when HT just re-releases all their stuff?

Seriously never has a company gone through so much change so quickly. Mediocre high-end products --> gain a following/products show improvement --> amazing stuff though expensive --> overpriced, overproduced, re-hashing, squeezing-the-last-bit-out-of-every-license money grabbers.

Hot Toys, I am disappoint.
