3A Toys, best known for their Ashley Wood designed action figures, is taking on a licensed property: the hit video game Metal Gear Solid. The game series, which Ashley Wood has provided artwork for in the past, will be represented by one of the Metal Gears: REX. Pre-orders for this 16" tall mech will begin in January; pricing to be determined. Pictured are new unpainted production shots showing what appears to be a cool light-up function.
