TriForce, best known for their stunning collection of Gears of War statues and prop replicas, is taking on another popular sci-fi video game: Warhammer 40K: Space Marine. Set in a war-torn, dystopian future, Space Marine revolves around Titus (pictured above), the commander of an elite group of soldiers called the Ultramarines, in charge of stopping an evil Ork invasion.

TriForce's first Space Marine release will be a 1:1 Scale Replica of Captain Titus' Chainsword. A brutal and often used weapon in the game, the chainsword is the preferred close combat melee weapon of the military forces of the Imperium of Man. Details, such as pricing and release date, to be announced.

Excellent news!

I've wished for a long time for more Warhammer and Warhammer 40K merch. This is a promising start.

Now if only someone could give us 7" scale articulated figures from these 2 great licenses!
