This year's Toypocalypse exhibit kicked off at Toy Tokyo's TT Underground in New York. This year's show had a stronger focus on the Outer Space Men and Fantastic exclusive toy lines. Last year's award-winning Scarabus figure was present in his original 2-Up form alongside several other never-before-seen prototypes of the upcoming Raven action figure and several new female characters.

Several Masters of the Universe Classics figures were on display in original prototype and final production form.

The show had on display a very rare collection of the original Outer Space Men in the both loose and packaged form. The original creator of the OSM toy line Mel Birnkrant was on hand at the show to celebrate alongside collectors and professionals.

The third and latest assortment of OSM was revealed at the event and will consist of the brand new Terra Firma (The Woman From Earth) which will join Gemini (The Man From The Twin Star Algol), Cyclops (Giant From Beyond The Milky Way) and Colossus Rex (The Man From Jupiter) and Gamma X (The Man From The Fourth Dimension).

Several one-of-a-kind fan-made OSM customs were also on display at the event to celebrate the popular toy line.
