Before Comic-Con started, Icon Heroes broke the news that they had acquired the license for He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Sold at the show through online retailer Action Figure Xpress wer their first two MOTU offerings: a Power Sword Letter Opener ($20) and Castle Grayskull Business Card Holder ($35). The sword proved very popular, Icon Heroes almost anticipating its success by showing off multiple colorways (see HERE). An Icon Heroes rep wasn't available at the show, but someone from AFX informed me that the colored swords were displayed to gauge fan interest. I say bring 'em on!

Another new item on display was a Castle Grayskull Statue (pictured above). Similiar to what Icon Heroes has done for ThunderCats with "Cat's Lair," the resin piece will be a scaled environment, showing off the iconic structure from all sides. Check it out, as well as other items on display in our SDCC12 photo gallery HERE.
