First-Ever Plush Versions of He-Man, Skeletor and More Featured at Comic-Con

Vanquish the Enemy with He-Man’s Sword from Comic Images...

Together again for the first time: Comic Images brings its brand new line of MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE SUPER-DEFORMED PLUSH to Comic-Con this summer, giving fans the opportunity to embrace pop culture icons He-Man, Skeletor, Beast Man, Trap Jaw and Battle Cat - and wield He-Man’s iconic (plush) sword. This first ever plush line of these characters and He-Man’s sword will be available at brick and mortar stores as well as with online pop culture retailers Collect all six pieces or give as a gift set!

“Mention Masters of the Universe and can almost see full grown men’s faces transform back to their youth with the memories of afternoons spent vanquishing Skeletor with He-Man’s sword. It is a cultural touch point for the generation that grew up with show and now they want to share it with their kids,” said Alan Gordon, president of Comic Images. “We are proud to be part of the MOTU collection or licensed products and look forward to sharing this new line with fans at Comic-Con.”

The 7-inch plush characters are rendered in the Super-Deformed plush style, featuring giant heads on tiny bodies – the popular look Comic Images innovated and for which it has become known. The 30-inch plush sword is ripe for safe interactive backyard (or office) play; vanquish the evil enemy across the street or up the hall!

The entire line will be displayed and for sale at the Comic Images display at Comic-Con, Booth #2913B in the LUCAS PAVILION and at the Mattel display (Booth #2945.) For more information, visit online at www.ComicImages.com.
