The CS Moore Studio announces the launch of its CS Moore Editions imprint, offering collectors limited-edition variant comics of hot independent titles.

The imprint's first release will be a CS Moore Editions variant of Zenescope Entertainment's Neverland: Hook #1. The Neverland: Hook #1 Moore Comics Variant has a never-before-seen cover by fan-favorite artist Eric Basaldua, and features Zenescope's seductive Tinker Belle character in a stunning new costume. Even better, the cover artwork will serve as the inspiration for a new Tinker Belle statue by the CS Moore Studio sculpted by Clayburn Moore.

Collectors can get a sneak peek of the cover at The CS Moore Studio's booth #2800 during this year's Comic-Con International: San Diego, where one lucky fan will take home a signed, one-of-a-kind print of the cover image, signed by Basaldua, Moore and Zenescope President Joe Brusha. Attendees can enter the drawing at the CS Moore Studio booth, and the winner will be selected at 5:00pm on Saturday, July 23.

CS Moore Editions plans to release limited edition variant comics of Zenescope's entire Neverland: Hook series, followed by more titles from Zenescope and other leading independent publishers. Collectors can expect to see several CS Moore Editions covers transformed into limited edition, fully-painted statues as part of The CS Moore Studio's line of beautiful independent character sculpture releases.

"The plan is to work closely with top artists to design beautiful variant covers that can also be used as inspiration for amazing sculptures," said Moore. "It doesn't get any better than this."

The Neverland: Hook #1 CS Moore Editions Variant is scheduled to ship in September 2011.
