[HR][/HR][B]Underground Toys[/B] announced today a licensing agreement with Universal Partnerships & Licensing to create apparel and accessories based on Universal Pictures' action-comedy, [B]Scott Pilgrim vs. the World[/B].

In the U.K., Underground Toys will be producing mugs, key chains, talking key chains, talking pens, bags, t-shirts and other gift categories. In the U.S., Underground will produce mugs, key chains and talking key chains.
