If you partied in your youth, it's a good bet that you've seen Strange Brew, a hilarious cult classic comedy starring Bob and Doug McKenzie. The movie came out in 1983, but fans didn't get collectible figures of the dimwitted beer-swilling brothers until 2000, solid proof of the duo's lasting pop culture appeal.

I snagged Bob (or was it Doug?) at a KB Toys clearance sale years after they were released. However, you can't have one without the other (especially since these were made to be combined as a diorama) so the hunt was on. Luckily I found the other figure on the secondary market for store cost (I expected to pay an arm and a leg!) and my McKenzie collection was complete. I'm proud to say that I also still have ALL their minute accessories, and by minute, I'm talking in-scale BOTTLE CAPS the size of pin heads, in addition to a slew of bottles and carboard cases.
