SDCC10: Robotech/ Macross The Zentraedi invasion continues... San Diego Comic-Con coverage brought to you by Collectibles Insurance, Big Bad Toy Store, Sekaido, and Monkey Depot. The last few Robotech/Macross releases from Toynami have focused on the giant alien invaders, the Zentraedi. First up was their incredible vinyl Battlepod figure, which was followd up by the different "artillery" variants. For San Diego Comic-Con, Toynami brought a very special exclusive, a green-tinted Battlepod from the Macross "Do You Remember Love" film! Representing the 'pod's look in space, the exclusive was a huge hit with mecha fans. On display in the Robotech/Macross display case were a couple more surprises including an upcoming BBTS exclusive green Battlepod in the Heavy Artillery configuration, as well as lineart for a vinyl Officer's Battlepod!
