    Batman: Arkham Knight Announced

Fourth and Final Game In The Hit Series...

The next game in the Batman Arkham series has been announced to be Batman: Arkham Knight. Designed for next gen consoles (Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC), the new game is once again being helmed by Rocksteady, the studio responsible for 2009's Arkham Asylum and 2011's Arkham City (last year's Arkham Origins was developed by WB Games Monteral). Arkham Knight, which is being billed as the final entry in the Arkham series, is slated for release later this year.

In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever.
Batman: Arkham Knight game details announced so far include:

    • Batman is at "the peak of his powers" in the game
    • Driveable Batmobile
    • Main villain is Scarecrow
    • Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn also confirmed villains
    • PS4 game art reveals Harley Quinn as a playable character in what looks like pre-order exclusive challenged maps
