[HR][/HR]You've seen the designer toy movement but it's just taken a new turn into uncharted territory. [B]U1 Toy Arts[/B], the company behind Nathan Hamill’s BORIS ([I]reviewed [B][URL="https://www.figures.com/forums/news/9390-picnic-land-nathan-hamills-boris.html"]HERE[/URL][/B] at Figures.com[/I]) brings a new breed of collectible to the table. Or should I say wall?

"[B]Letters From LA[/B]" is a new line of art collectibles which was created to showcase one of the most important aspects of graffiti art - [B]LETTERING[/B]. These collectibles are designed to represent the actual artwork by working closely with each graffiti artist, thus creating a three dimensional sculpture that is true to each artist's style and vision.

The first of these graffiti walls is titled [B]VOXER[/B] and is designed by artist [B]Vox One[/B], a Los Angeles native who has been creating art over the last twenty years and is featured in LA and Europe. The actual piece is sculpted by [B]Dave Kawano[/B] and captures a true representation of Vox's angular linework style.

VOXER is a hand painted resin sculpture limited to only 500 units. Each wall comes in three pieces that include the VOXER lettering, a wall background, and a base with the artist's name.

There's a number of ways to display the wall. All three pieces combine to create a piece that can sit on a shelf or table top, or you can mount the wall and letters or just the letters independently onto any wall surface.

Each wall comes in a heavy card stock box with fitted padding separating each piece. The look of the box resembles the feel of a letter from LA, of course, and provides safe keeping and protection when not displayed.
