Hey everyone. Sorry it has taken me all day to post a message, it has been a bit busy and this was the first time I had to get online.
So I am well aware of the Vikor issue that not all of the stock was on hand when the sale started. We only found out about this after the sale started due to an error on our end (not Digital River’s). We’ve corrected the issue so that if this ever does happen again hopefully we will know about it earlier and can let customers know.
I sincerely apologize to anyone who was not able to get their Vikor today. The good news is we still have a large portion of the non sub quota coming (and luckily we had enough quota on hand to fill the sub orders, that would have been an even bigger issue! Arg).
Sometimes things like this happen. We do our best but it doesn’t always work.
There are still a handful of Royal Guards left (we did produce more then a normal figure on this one since we know fans want to army build) but it looks like the Guards may sell out in the next day or so. Our full quota of the guards is at Digital River, so if you want to build your army, don’t miss out.
We will let you know ASAP as soon as we confirm Vikor is back in stock, and again, I am personally sorry we were not able to inform customer earlier that we had lower stock then anticipated. Hopefully this won’t be an issue again!
