    Yeah man, these were great figures! I even tracked down the variants which were equally cool.

    I was so bummed when the second wave which would have been even better got cancelled.

    We need more zombie figs in this scale!!!

    Before finding success with their wildly popular Resident Evil series, Palisades took a stab at another horror video game: House of the Dead. The light gun arcade game has always been a favorite of mine and the toy line reflected the creepy cool creatures perfectly. These were action figures way ahead of their time in terms of sculpting and articulation. Palisades was beginning to show that it was a force to be reckoned with in the toy industry. Unfortunately, sales of the first assortment weren't very good and the following series - Magician, Bob Zombie, Judgment and Chariot - were canceled. Lucky for fans, Resident Evil action figures were right around the corner...
