Round 2 has announced that the launch of their new Captain Action figure and clothing line has been delayed until March of 2012. The move allows Round 2 more time to ensure the highest quality in the final product.

The revised launch schedule will now be in three waves in 2012. The initial wave in March will include the Captain Action figure and the introduction of the new Marvel attire: the Spider-Man and Captain America costume sets, each sold separately. Thor and Loki costume sets will ship in July/August, each sold separately, as well as the brand new Dr. Evil figure set. October's launch will include an Iron Man costume set and a Red Skull costume set, and a Captain Action variant, all items sold separately.
