[HR][/HR]This review comes at least a year behind but it's pretty important if you're buying Mattel's [B]World of CARS[/B] collection. [B]Frank the Combine[/B] is only a bit character in the film but his appearance is a pretty memorable moment at the very least.

With Mattel creating all the many characters for collectors, it wasn't long before Frank the Combine got his due. The only thing wrong was that the first release was plastic, not die-cast. The second thing wrong was that it was completely under-scaled and lacking in detail. Mattel later released a die-cast version that was an improvement, but it still used the under-scaled mold.

Enter the [B]Disney Store[/B], which for many years created toys that nobody really wanted to own; toys that were most usually copy-cat creations and never original or film accurate; toys that were of the PVC variety that only interested the youngest demographic. But since Pixar came along, they began to step up their game and deliver pretty interesting toys you couldn't find anywhere else. One said toy is their version of Frank called [B]FRANK DIECAST[/B].

Frank Diecast is not only [I]IN SCALE[/I] with Mattel's World of CARS collection but die-cast metal with film accurate sculpting and details as well as moving parts! This is no cheap throwaway toy. This is heavy duty. And the best part: it's only $19.50. Compare that to Mattel's Deluxe CARS line which was $7.99. The comparison photos below should do all the talking.

This is an amazing buy and if you know anyone who collects this line, make sure you add this to their collection.
