The box is designed to replicate the original 1989 8-bit video game's packaging with a few clever changes, such as NECA's logo in place of the gaming system's name and the SDCC logo in place of the company behind the game. The fifth window box holds a 7-inch Jason action figure painted in the video game's retro colors. The figure also features glow-in-the dark features and weapons (ax and machete), as well as a removable mask.
