Wow, I didn't even know this company was still in business

The detail looks nice but I'd be happier if they kept making Berserk figures instead of busts

Art of War Presents New BERSERK Bust

    Griffith 2011 Ver.

ART OF WAR, the Japanese company best known for their extensive collection of Berserk collectibles, announces their latest release: Griffith 2011 Ver.

The Griffith 2011 Ver. is Art of War's first Griffith bust based on the pivotral character in the Japanese manga. More dynamic and detailed than previous Griffith projects, Griffith 2011 Ver. has been captured in approximately 1:6 scale with two versions available for pre-order exclusively through art-of-war.co.jp/english:

    * Griffith 2011 Ver. - Exclusive Version 1 (Red Mantle - Pictured Above): For the exclusive version 1, Art of War used silver and purple gradation to represent the armor. This version also includes a flag of the Band of the Hawks. Limited to only 50 pieces and priced at 40,000 Japanese Yen (about US$511).

    * Griffith 2011 Ver. - Exclusive Version 2 (Blue Mantle - Pictured Below): Art of War used different colors to give the mantle delicate effects of light and shade. This version does not include a flag of the Band of the Hawks. Limited 100 pieces and priced at 38,000 Japanese Yen (about US$486).

Art of War's new Griffith statues are estimated to be released at the end of January/ early February 2012. The first Berserk film will premiere on February 4.
