Yotsubato! Mini Danboard Plastic Model Kit

The Quirky Robot Returns In A New Size...

From the (strange) hit manga series Yotsubato! depicting the everyday adventures of the titular character comes a new model kit version of the popular costume worn by Miura Hayasaka. The quirky tomboy’s robot alter ego was already brought to you as a Kotobukiya model kit, but now Danboard is back in a great “mini” size.

As cute as it is blocky, this unique robot is comprised of cardboard boxes. Consisting of 40 pieces of pre-colored plastic (eliminating the need for painting), Danboard features easy snap-fit construction that’s ideal for modelers of any skill level. 15 points of articulation provide for a wide range of posing options, and interchangeable parts simulate the eye lights turned on or off. The mini Danboard stands approximately 3 ½ inches, and is a lot of fun by itself or alongside Koto’s original large Danboard model kit (sold separately).

    Available February 2013.
