Re: NECA Retro-Style FREDDY KRUEGER and JASON VOORHEES If there is one thing I have noticed over the last six years regarding collector grade figures is the consistent repeat of the same characters over and over and over again. I understand economics and "safe plays" and all the other excuses; but what I don't get is why people buy this crap. Do we seriously need more freaking Freddy and Jason figures? Neca is even going on the Batman and Marvel wagon. WTH! I really wish people would stop buying these things. These characters combined with the sports star and/or musician figures clog up isles and go no where. Here's a list of licenses that are played out: Iron Man Batman Superman Spiderman The majority of Marvel/DC man-man characters Freddy Jason Leatherface Universal Monsters Stop buying this garbage and manufacturers will be forced to come up with something new. //geek rant;
