As revealed at Comic-Con, Kotobukiya had renewed their partnership with DC Comics to bring the lovely DC superheroines (and villains) to life as part of their beautiful BISHOUJO statues series. The first in the new DC x BISHOUJO series will be Batgirl based on original character art by world famous illustrator Shunya Yamashita.

A fantastic beginning to the DC X Bishoujo line, Batgirl stops bad guys in their tracks with her sexy costume and alluring pose. Every element of her classic gray, blue, and gold bodysuit has been recreated, from her tall boots to her bat-symbol, utility belt, gloves, cape, and cowl. Barbara stands with one foot resting on a gargoyle, accentuating her long legs, while she slyly spins her cape in front of her. Batgirl's long flowing red hair is a striking contrast to her dark blue cape, especially as they both frame her beautiful Bishoujo-styled face.

Sculpted by Atelier Bamboo, Batgirl is constructed of high-quality PVC plastic and stands approximately 9 inches tall (in an increased 1/7 scale for DC X Bishoujo statues) with the exclusive Gotham City gargoyle base.

Standing her ground with a wide stance, the former White Queen smiles slyly as she reaches out with her left hand, no doubt manipulating your mind even as you take in her beauty. Frost's well known skimpy costume is in full effect, with particular attention paid to the details on her tightly knit top. The mutant's amazing sculpt is highlighted by a striking Bishoujo-styled face and billowing hair and cape that add a dynamic flair to an already eye-catching pose!
