    TF13: Hasbro Transformers Construct-Bots

New Line Promises Action Figures Evolved...

If you thought Hasbro shifted the status quo with its Kre-O, just wait for the new Construct-Bots! “Action Figures Evolved,” these new Bots come in kits. First you build the robot, then you can transform it without removing or adding any parts! That holds true across the entire lineup... and all of the parts are interchangeable between any Bots. Kids love them because they can create their “dream Transformer” and it’s created a new way to play and enjoy these characters, while collectors will enjoy the G1 designs and inspirations.

The modular kits range from entry level to a high price point, but all figures are in the same scale; as you go up in price they increase in complexity, parts, and accessories. The Scout level will feature Ironhide, Starscream, with Wheeljack and Soundwave at the Elite level. More complex Triple Changers include Bumblebee (jet, car, robot) and Blitzwing (tank, jet, robot), while the first Ultimate set pairs up Optimus Prime and Megatron. The latter two categories also feature launching projectile weapons. Everything from the Elite figures and up also come with storage trays (in classic Autobot red and Decepticon purple), and all sets include full color instructions.
