[HR][/HR][B]Round 2[/B] announces that, for the first time in over 40 years, [B]Captain Action[/B] will once again be associated with [B]Marvel Comics[/B] characters. 1/6-scale Captain Action costume sets of [B]Spider-Man[/B] and [B]Captain America[/B] will debut Fall 2011 at Toys"R"Us and other specialty retailers, to be followed by additional releases of Marvel character costume sets, including [B]Iron Man[/B] and [B]Thor[/B], in 2012.

Captain Action made his debut in the mid-1960s at the height of the superhero craze. The 1/6-scale Captain Action's outstanding feature is that he could be disguised as a number of different superheroes and comic book characters, a unique concept that has continued to maintain interest in the character all these years. Round 2 and CA Enterprises recently announced plans to bring back the classic toy.
