Zenescope Entertainment has granted The CS Moore Studio Ltd. the license to create a series of limited edition collectible statues based on the characters from the publisher's comics. Snow White from Zenescope's Grimm Fairy Tales will be the first statue in the line, brought to life by sculptor Clayburn Moore.

Grimm Fairy Tales explores a darker side of the infamous childhood fables, re-imagined with a terrifying twist adults love. One of the comic's central characters is the beautiful and powerful Sela Mathers (aka Snow White.) For centuries, she has helped put her human charges on the right path, using her book as a gateway to the fairy tale realm to harness its powers and magical creatures to teach her lessons. Now she finds herself pulled into that same fairy tale world where war is imminent and not everyone is going to live happily ever after.
The Snow White Statue will be 1/6 scale and based on J. Scott Campbell's artwork from the cover to Grimm Fairy Tales #41 (pictured above).

"J. Scott Campbell is one of the best illustrators in this field and I've wanted to work with him for years," said Moore. "Bringing this beautiful Zenescope illustration of Snow White to statue form will be a real pleasure."

The Snow White Statue is scheduled to ship in Spring 2011.
